Following a procurement process, Wirecard engaged with Kontract to manage the design and fitout of our new corporate office in Melbourne. Their design concepts met the brief including simplicity, functionality, professionalism, value and brand consistency. After moving into a new empty open office space, we needed to recreate the blank canvas to suit our business’s growing needs. Our community housing team were very impressed with Kontract and their design and project management of our complex project. With weekly meetings and constant streams of communication, we were always informed and aware of the progress, leaving us very comfortable and able to entrust Anthony, the project manager, with any requests we required to be delivered without our constrained timeline.
Our transition to our new office felt very seamless, as Anthony and his team were with us at every step of the way. Our project involved the relocation of a lot of existing furniture and IT equipment, which was, aided with helpful, labelled diagrams of locations of all staff members, along with the coordination from Anthony over the weekend’s move. Staff were all operational and were very pleased, come Monday morning.

The design and fitout project was initially scheduled for the eight weeks however, due to a lengthy approval process, we were only granted four weeks for the build to certificate of occupancy.
